Leeza Gibbons on Jimmy Kimmel with Alana Pratt Coaching!
Ever since I was in the middle of some Valentine's Day segment with Leeza for LeezaLIVE on KBIG 104.3 and we got interrupted by an urgent call from her agent saying the Dancing with the Stars wanted to book her... my life has blossomed. I began to take what I've been talking about on her radio show for the past year and put it into practice as her Coach for Dancing with the Stars.
Last night she was on Jimmy Kimmel Live and showed a clip of our coaching sessions. It's so amazing...
...to work with such an accomplished, heartfelt and amazing woman who feels things like we ALL feel. Being a woman is the same no matter what your age, demographic, personal situation. We all have thighs, we all are aging, we all want to look good and have people like us. And yet Leeza is going to go through the process of healing any sabotaging beliefs to be even more empowered, sensual and free than she already is... and she's doing it in front of millions of viewers. That's courage. She's a leader and I'm honored to work with her because she realizes this is bigger than her... this is about empowering all women to love themselves and their bodies no matter what their size, age, marital status, economic situation or present life situation.
We don't need to wait to love ourselves.
We don't need to wait to forgive ourselves.
We don't need to wait to stop being in our head and get into our bodies and start connecting with people the way we've always known is possible... be that with our lover, our friends, our kids or our true Self.
